02/02/2024 NOTICE: Our Glitch™ Eye Health Tech Mask is made to order due to inventory constraints, so it may take up to 30 business days to receive by mail and this item is non-refundable due to custom order restraints.
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return, along with our "100% money back guarantee*." NOTE: Shipping and taxes are non-refundable. *This guarantee must meet the following requirements to be eligible:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Free items included in promotions are not eligible to be returned and their value will not be refunded as bundled in your order. You will only be refunded at bundled total value per item based on total price. For example - 3 items ($20 value each) + 2 items free ($10 value each) sold at $50 promo will be refunded at the designated value percentage compared to original value ($60), not the bundled sale price ($50).
To qualify & receive a refund for an order that's been shipped, undelivered due to incorrect address or if the package is refused, you must contact us within 7 days of your delivery date. If 7 days have passed since the delivery date without contact, your order is not eligible for a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in our sole discretion per return request.

NOTE: For wholesale orders, we have a 10% restocking fee associated with your total order price for all of our items, with the exception of our tech based products. These are made to order and delivered from our 3PL overseas, so are NOT returnable under any circumstances.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (in our discretion), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (in our discretion). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and reserve the right to approve or deny such return requests.
Exchanges
We do exchange approvals on a case by case basis and will be evaluated upon request. All items must be in new, unworn and unopened condition, containing original labels and tags.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not pay for return shipping, it is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us for return address information.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We reserve the right to approve any products that are requested via our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. It is in our sole discretion to approve such requests and it is agreed upon by the customer to accept these conditions once they have purchased and completed their order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
